Summer Practice Program

I understand that this is a Summer Practice program with the Arizona Dust Devils Baseball Organization that will be for 2 months (June and July) and will be billed at $99-$120 for each month. (Fee is dependent on the age group)

All Fee's are due the 1st of each month by a reoccurring invoice. Once a payment has been submitted for the first month, the second month will be automatically withdrawn on the 1st for $99-$120 using the payment method on file.

Should I decide to not continue with the Summer Program, I understand I will NOT be refunded for any payments already completed.

I understand it is my responsibility to contact the organization to cancel any future payments that may be automatically withdrawn from my account.
